We aim to provide a caring atmosphere for adults who live independently in their own accommodation, whether owned or rented. We work towards implementing a programme that seeks to identify the challenges individuals face, using ABA (Applied Behavioural Analysis), to help individuals we support. ABA applies behavioural principles to human behaviour, and concentrates on changing socially significant behaviour in meaningful ways, and results in better communication, improved wellbeing and confidence for each individual.
We support each person to work toward their own goals, particularly in the following areas:
Supporting service users to access community-based activities and educational programmes, as well as employment opportunities
Actively supporting service users to access holidays and short breaks to destinations of their choice, within an achievable framework
